The Goat Pen Hostel is a locally owned destination in Tracy City, Tennessee, offering visitors an authentic place to stay while experiencing the South Cumberland Plateau.

I built the brand identity through logo design, photography, website development, and marketing. Beyond the creative work, I managed day-to-day operations, including guest communications, reservations, customer service, and property preparation—ensuring every interaction reflected the warmth and character of the hostel while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
